Where can I get ihelp to start my own party planning business?

I am only 21 and i really want to start my own small business I have help alot of my friends and family with birthdays and baby showers i really love doing this and think it would be a great way to get paid doing sumthing i enjoy but i have no idea how to get started HELP!!!!!

Are you in Canada or the states? If your in Canada there is an awesome government website that has tutorials and pre business planning guides, and a bunch of other really helpful stuff.
