hm…! depends it could be good…if the meaning is that u are sympathetic, have a sense of humor, open in new friendship.. but it could also mean.. that u drink a lot…go out a lot..wherever there’s a party ur invited… it could also be a comment about your apparel or else.!

Well it means you look like you like to have fun. Party girls come in different forms. Usually they are pretty- it seems and they like to dress kind of carefree. They come across as being free spirited (sometimes morally “loose”) but not always. They tend to have hair that is let down and not up.
