What are some games/activities for a boy/girl halloween party?

30 people.
At my house.
We have access to the patio and the grass area behind my house.
We already have truth or dare and movies, but I need other things to do. Most of the stuff I found online was too dorky for a boy/girl party. [If it was just my girl pals, it would be a different story.]
What should we do?

Have a bonfire out back and roast marshmallows and hot dogs.
Try to shave an inflated balloon covered in shaving cream. Use disposable razors. One person hold and the other shaves. The first couple to get all the shaving creme off the balloon w/out popping it are the winners.
Or, Have couples stand across from each other about 10 feet and hold a strip of toilet paper between them. Have each person start cutting down the middle lenghtwise toward each other using a pair of cheap kiddy scissors. The first pair to meet in the middle w/out ripping the paper, wins!
Have couples stand facing each other and place a raw egg between them at the belly button. They hold their hands behind their backs and have a race to see which couple can make it to the finish line first without dropping or crushing the egg.
