First off, do a lot of research (watch TV) and find information required for your career, learn from people who have already set up the path, read books, talk to people ranged from children to tweens as you said…. last but not least, be creative. I believe it’s one of the most necessary quality that you should have. Be flexible, outgoing, prepare yourself to meet all kinds of people in the world, make sure you know how to please them. You must qualify to become a person who’s able to convince people, talk people into your taste, and make them feel comfortable to work with you. Basically all you need to is to make yourself fit the image of a party planner.
And then raise a fund, or find a good source of investment that you could rely on. Find some friends that have the same interests so you guys can work together and organize things. Good thing is your career doesn’t require a fancy company to attract customers. It all depends on how sexy you are in your job.
Add more details if you’re still unclear.

Try the link below. I’ve heard some excellent reports about the information they provide, plus, if you find the e-book isn’t what you want, they offer a “No questions asked 90-Day Money Back Guarantee”.
Surely it’s information impossible to turn down.
Good luck, in these times working for yourself is definitely the right way to go.
