Santa Barbara West Beach Festival’s days likely numbered
But the city may have also put an end to what had become a wildly popular party that drew thousands of revelers to West Beach. Jeremy Pemberton, co-founder of Twiin Productions , said the festival “was successful,” but that he is not sure if they will hold next year’s festival in Santa Barbara.
