Im planning a huge party at a club for two people turning 21. I need to obtain a giant martini glass for them to dance in, you know the kind you see the performers in at some nightclubs. Its a huge martini glass that a person can get in. How could I rent one at a nightclub? do you think they would let us if we paid them and made it look good? Or how could we rent one to have transported to a club? how much do you think it costs to buy one? thanks, suggestions are appreciated.

I have tried everything even Charles Shultz… My sons 1st birthday is OCt 22nd and I wanted to give the Great Pumpkin b-day party………but I’ve looked online and in stores..the best thing that I have found is used decorations…I think that I am going to have to make my own decorations…..unless someone has a better idea..Oh ya I did the ebay thing..so please don’t mention that because they didnt have anything

Saturday night’s party was fantastic! The minute you arrived, the host took your coat and handed you your favorite drink (how did she know you were in the mood for an apple martini?). You sat down to a meal that included all of your favorite foods (but how did she know you were a vegetarian?). Throughout the whole night, she had a great smile and appeared at ease with her duties as host. How did she do it?

Do you know someone like that? When you’ve attended her parties, she’s alway very friendly, attentive, and most of all, at ease. The parties’ flaws (there are always flaws) weren’t apparent because her demeanor hid them.

They say that the host’s attitude determines the mood of the party, so if you keep your cool and have fun at your party, everyone else will too. If you put enough planning into your party, you will be a lot more calm and collected during the party because you will have thought of everything.

Party planning is more than just calling everyone you know and getting a keg, you have to consider such things as where to have the party and what kind of food you want to serve.

The location of your event is another important component of a great party experience. The first thing you should decide is whether or not you want to hold the party in your own home or not. If you are going to throw a party in your home, there are two issues in particular you need to consider. Is your house large enough to accommodate all of the people you want to invite? Do you really want to contend with the following: rearranging furniture, figuring out parking, lighting the exterior of your house, and pre and post-party cleanup?

Your other option is to rent a location for your party. A lot of these rental halls can include such necessary items as plenty of room for your guests, tables, chairs, parking, plates, drink ware, and food. Be sure to ask what’s included and get it in writing before agreeing to rent.

So now you know what kind of party you’re going to have, who’s coming, and where you’re having it. Now you need to decide on the food. Not only do you need to determine what to serve, but you also need to know how much, and in what way you’ll serve it to your guests. Is it going to be a full meal with appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts? How about a simple cocktail party with bite-sized appetizers? What about a potluck, where everyone can bring their favorite dish to pass around? Is it going to be a sit-down or a buffet-style dinner?

Location and food are only a small fraction of the information a host needs to consider when planning a party, but the questions asked here are enough to get you in the proper party planning state of mind. The best thing you can do, even if things are going wrong (there’s always a chance they will), is have fun. If you’re enjoying yourself, everyone else will.

I turn 18 on March 1st, & I really need help with planning my party. I want to have a house party, (no alcohol or drugs i’m not into that) & i’m not really sure what to have out for entertainment besides…food. :/ so can somebody please give me your ideas &/or advice?
